The GFWC GA Heartland Woman's Club has been serving our communities since 2007 and has a growing membership of dedicated volunteers. The group has provided a strong and integral body of support for the communities of Newton and Rockdale Counties. Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month, August through June.

The GFWC GA Heartland Woman's Club has been serving our communities since 2007 and has a growing membership of dedicated volunteers. The group has provided a strong and integral body of support for the communities of Newton and Rockdale Counties. Meetings are held the first Thursday of the month, August through June.
Our members began working together in 1990 under the banner of the Covington Woman's Club night group. In the summer of 2007, these women voted to found a new club in order for its membership to grow and to expand its area for service to the community. The Heartland Woman's Club was incepted on July 12, 2007.

Our monthly meetings are usually held on the first Thursday beginning at 6:30 PM. We focus on the needs of the Newton and Rockdale communities and how we can best meet those needs through volunteer service projects. We try to feature guest speakers from our service projects or from our sponsored charities to better inform our members of
